In theory, Aber had to visit his sister at least a few times to do that spell, giving opportunity for Elaine's conception and possibly a few lessons, enough to at least have met dad a few times.<br /> <br /> Then, betrayal/assassination attempt/spell gets lifted - and there's this kid, back in the Shadow.
