Scratchpad:PCSQuestions
From EmeraldSilverWiki
Intro: Hello, Gamer Nation. This is Sarah, and I have a question for you.
- How do monsters know they're marked before they try to do something that means the mark is going to activate?
- What possesses the author of a gaming book to basically say in the introduction, "I don't think I should have written this book"?
- Why does it seem like some publishers just have to have at least one odd-sized book?
- Why is World of Darkness the only major system that can consistently put every last bit of the information you need to fill out your character sheet - including page numbers for longer descriptions and clear, helpful wording - in one place in the book?
- Why do RPG book indexes, as a general rule, suck?
- Why is there always that one person in the group that can't roll to save their character's life until you really, really need them to, at which point they pull off the most spectacular feat of the campaign?
- Why does threatening your dice with a microwave during a bad-rolling session always seem to suddenly produce good rolls?
